The problem

Accuracy matters more than fluency

In fintech, crypto and AI, an inaccurate answer on a call costs more than a grammar mistake. A team member who says the wrong settlement time, overstates your licence or promises a guaranteed outcome creates real risk, however fluent they sound.

How it works

Three steps

01

You give us the facts.

Product details, approved wording and the questions partners really ask. Public-level information is enough.

02

Your team practises.

Realistic conversations with a due diligence analyst, investor, client or auditor, built around your own facts.

03

You see where the gaps are.

Scores for accuracy, terminology, handling hard questions, clarity and fluency, plus risky wording flagged with safer alternatives.

What makes it different

Built for high-stakes conversations

Scored against your facts, not just general English.
Risky wording flagged, such as 'guaranteed', 'risk-free' or unqualified claims about licences. This flags language risk and is not legal advice.
Honest answers rewarded: saying 'I will confirm in writing' scores better than inventing details.
Team-wide patterns for managers, such as the points your team most often gets wrong.

Privacy

Managers see session counts, scores and team-wide patterns. They never see conversations. Employees see their own full feedback and choose whether to share it. You decide what company information to provide, and we recommend not including passwords, personal data or anything confidential.

The pilot

A 4-week pilot for a small group of 5 to 10 employees. Each person's first and latest scores are compared, and you receive a short summary of where the team improved and where gaps remain. Pilot terms are agreed with you individually.
